From project delivery to helping clients find the right solution.

We're excited to announce Taylor Zornes' transition into the role of Technical Sales Engineer at ASI.

Taylor's journey with ASI has been built on practical experience supporting municipalities to make informed infrastructure decisions. As a Senior Project Manager, he led projects involving road and building condition assessments, capital prioritization, asset management plans, strategies, and roadmaps.

One project that stands out is the Town of Pilot Butte, where he enhanced asset inventories, standardized condition assessment processes, developed road prioritization strategies, optimized capital planning, and supported the municipality's infrastructure planning efforts.

‍

Another key milestone was Taylor's and ASI's first Building Condition Assessment project with the City of Martensville, where he provided facility condition information to support future capital renewal planning and decision-making. Building Condition Assessments have since grown into a core service offering at ASI.

‍

Today, Taylor is bringing that same technical experience into Technical Sales Engineering.

By working with clients earlier in the process, he can better understand their challenges, ask the right questions, and connect them with solutions that align with their goals.

‍

"I'm looking forward to using my technical experience to better understand our clients' needs and help connect them with the right solutions."

What makes Taylor uniquely positioned for this role is his firsthand project delivery experience. He understands the data, the technical processes behind the work, and the challenges municipalities face when planning for the future.

We're excited to see the impact he'll make in this next chapter at ASI.
