Project Planning & Oversight: Provide project oversight throughout the project lifecycle from initiating and planning to monitoring, controlling and closing, by Professional Project Managers (PMP).

Professional Asset Management Engineer: Support asset owners with Professional AM Engineers (P.Eng.), Certified AM Professional (CAMP), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) experienced in AM governance, AM policy, and AM system integration.

Staff Workshops & Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct in-person workshops to build AM literacy, covering ISO 55000 principles, AM Lifecycle & Capital Planning, and risk/criticality-based decision-making.

Official Community Plan & Bylaw Development: Develop OCPs aligned with The Province's Planning and Development Act, updating bylaws to integrate land use, community expansion, and projected population growth.
