You are the source of truth. Field inspectors carry out building, structural, roadway, water and wastewater condition assessments — recording defects, remaining service life and risk directly into ASI Software so the renewal program that follows is built on real observation, not assumption.
Inspection work is scheduled in blocks and involves periodic travel to client sites across Western Canada.
Our deliverables are read by councils, boards and regulators. Technical writers turn inspection data and engineering analysis into condition assessment reports, asset management plans, policies and proposals that a non-technical decision maker can act on without losing engineering precision.
P.Eng. and EIT roles across the full asset management cycle: assessment methodology, renewal program development, AM policy and strategy, owner's engineer and project management. You own scope on real client files early, with senior review and designation support behind you.
ASI Software is not a side product — it is the platform our own engineers use on every project, now licensed to clients. Developers here build asset registries, condition and risk models, GIS integrations and AI-assisted data auditing, with the end users sitting in the same office.
