ASI Engineering was awarded a contract by Parks Canada to complete condition assessments for staff housing assets across multiple sites within the Northern Prairies Field Unit. The project is structured to provide Parks Canada with consistent condition information, maintenance planning, and recommendations to support the management of its staff housing portfolio.

Project Scope

The contract identifies five main work packages:

• Project Initiation and Literature Review
• Asset Assessment Framework
• Asset Assessments, Analysis and Reporting
• Maintenance Schedule
• Reporting and Recommendations

The work begins with development of the project plan, schedule, and assessment framework. ASI Engineering will then complete the asset assessments and provide preliminary assessment reports and maintenance schedules. The project concludes with a draft summary report followed by final recommendations.
