ASI Engineering is delivering a multi-year Building Condition Assessment program for EPCOR Distribution & Transmission Inc., assessing electrical substation buildings across the Edmonton, Alberta region. The initial scope includes eight substation facilities covering approximately 33,600 sq. ft., with the potential for additional assessments throughout the contract term.

Project Scope

ASI Engineering is completing Building Condition Assessments for EPCOR substation buildings in Edmonton, Alberta. The work covers structural systems, building envelope, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drainage, security, fire safety, emergency power, and thermographic review.

Each assessment will identify deficiencies, estimate remaining useful life, recommend priority repairs, and provide years capital renewal forecasts to support long-term maintenance and investment planning.

EPCOR is wholly owned by the City of Edmonton and plays a major role in delivering essential utility services across the region.
