Project Scope:
ASI Engineering is completing multidisciplinary visual condition assessments across a diverse municipal portfolio that includes recreation facilities, arenas, fire halls, municipal offices, libraries, community centres, operational buildings, park structures, and other public facilities. The work includes condition ratings, deficiency identification, remaining useful life analysis, repair and replacement recommendations, accessibility and sustainability considerations, and facility condition metrics.
The assignment also includes development of a 15-year capital renewal forecast covering 2026–2040. Recommended work is organized by priority, forecast year, cost category, and asset class to support long-term budgeting and capital planning.
Major Facilities:
The portfolio includes several large and complex municipal facilities, including the Innisfil Recreation Centre and YMCA, Sand & Salt Dome, Stroud Arena and Curling Club, Rizzardo Health & Wellness Centre, Town Hall, Morgan Russell Memorial Arena & Community Centre, Operations Building, Lakeshore Library, South Simcoe Police Station, and multiple fire halls.

Project Outcome:
The project will provide the Town of Innisfil with a consistent portfolio-wide understanding of facility condition, deferred maintenance, renewal needs, remaining service life, and long-term capital requirements. The resulting information will support evidence-based budgeting, prioritization, lifecycle planning, and future asset management decisions.
